Athletes are REQUIRED to complete online US Rowing Waivers to be added to the rowing roster
- Visit Membership.USrowing.org – click on “Sign Waiver”
- Click on “Individuals” (JOIN, if new – MEMBERS, if previously joined
- Enter the Club Access Code: MDUHK
- This will provide access to a series of information questions – when the athlete follows these steps, he/she is AUTOMATICALLY adding him/her self to the roster

Absentee Ballots – Any member of the Board of Directors eligible to vote can cast an absentee ballot as follows:
1. Print out and fill in ballot as posted on the website.
2. Sign ballot and place in sealed envelope.
3. Deliver sealed ballot to Chairman of the Nominating Committee prior to the start of the May Board Meeting.
4. Sealed ballot shall be opened at the May Board Meeting in the presence of the Board of Directors.
